HEALING WITH ART, JINGLE DRESS PROJECT

Fine arts photographer Eugene Tapahe’s “Art Heals: The Jingle Dress Project” concept came to him in a dream. According to legend, the jingle dance originated from an Ojibwe man who envisioned its healing power during the Spanish Flu. Now, Eugene travels throughout the West, photographing his daughters and friends in National Parks and Monuments to reclaim indigenous spaces and promote healing in the world.
